Race Weekend Schedule
Friday, March 14 (DAY 1)
1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Lodging Check-In
If you opted to stay on-site at Camp Mokule'ia for the weekend, check-in will be on this day. Check in is between 1pm - 5pm for tent campers and between 4pm - 5pm for lodge or cabin guests. (Click here to learn more about the lodging options at Camp Mokule'ia for the weekend.)
1:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Packet Pick-Up
Day 1 packet pick up is AT THE BIKE SHOP IN TOWN.

Participants in the triathlon or time trial tomorrow (Sunday) MUST pick up their packet on FRIDAY (in town) or SATURDAY (at race venue).
Saturday, March 15 (DAY 2)
Throughout Day
Activities
Activites (paddleboarding, water sports, kayaking, and ziplining) being offered and coordinate by Camp Mokule'ia.
12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Packet Pick-Up
Day 2 packet pick up is AT CAMP MOKULEIA.
Participants in the triathlon or time trial tomorrow (Sunday) MUST pick up their packet on FRIDAY (in town) or SATURDAY (at race venue).
5:30 PM
Bonfire
Meet at the campfire pit for bonfire. (More details to come.)
Sunday, March 16 (DAY 3)
5:00 AM
Transition Open
Transition area and on-site check-in open for triathlon. Please get your number body-marked in transition-area and rack your bike. Transition area is behind basketball court.
6:45 AM
Pre-Race Meeting
MANDATORY pre-race meeting in the transition area.
6:55 AM
Triathlon: First Wave START
YOUTH (cap color ORANGE) START the race. Swim start is at Camp Mokule'ia's water entrance.
7:00 AM
Triathlon: Second Wave START
MEN (cap color GREEN) START the race. Swim start is at Camp Mokule'ia's water entrance.
7:05 AM
Triathlon: Third Wave START
WOMEN and RELAYS (cap color PINK) START the race. Swim start is at Camp Mokule'ia's water entrance.
8:30 AM
Breakfast Buffet
Breakfast buffet, provided by Camp Mokule'ia, is available in the dining hall. This amenity is included in your race registration, so please take advantage.
10:00 AM
Award Ceremony
Award Ceremony will be held adjacent to the finish line.
3:00 PM
Late Checkout
Camp guests can enjoy a late checkout at 3:00 PM.
